Los Lunares (formerly Fernandez + Kimball Spanish Guitars) have performed in numerous venues including Park West, Athenaeum, Navy Pier, and Harold Washington Library. They have captured audiences at public events/festivals such as Taste of Chicago, Lincoln Park Zoo Lights, Evanston Lake Shore Festival, and Evanston First Night. They have worked with Ensemble Espanol, Los Preferidos, and St Louis Flamenco Society dance companies. In addition to their public and private performances, they have played at many educational and multi-cultural events for students at Chicago public schools, Wright College, Elmhurst College, University of Chicago, Loyola University, Northeastern Illinois University, University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, and Old Town School of Folk Music.
